Almost 4 years, Julie Parsons introduced me to my employer in Jakarta. In less than 3 years the company promoted me to Sales Manager and asked me to find a Sales Engineer to support me. This is my first time to get an employee candidate from a recruitment consultant, after previously advertising the job myself. I have worked with Premium Consulting for the past 4 years. Being formally based in Melbourne (and now Jakarta), I must admit to having some small reservations of a Brisbane-based recruitment company being able to understand and fulfil our requirements. However, I was exceptionally pleased with the speed, professionalism and thoroughness of Premium Consulting, and Julie in particular. Indeed we have used Premium Consulting to source and hire two high quality technical sales engineers in the Jakarta area for the local office here.Julie was fully involved in the recruitment process and left a very positive impression with the people we eventually hired (from a substantial list of suitable candidates). My involvement with Premium Consulting commenced almost 5 years ago. I wanted to recruit a new employee in the Gladstone area of Queensland and approached a local Newcastle Agency (I am based in Newcastle). The local agency recommended Premium Consulting who successfully found a candidate for me. Premium Consulting assured me that they could just as successfully recruit for positions elsewhere in Australia; I was sufficiently impressed to decide to avail myself of the services to fill positions in Townsville, Geelong, Portland and Launceston. Due to this, the recommended applicants are a good fit with our existing team and the local customers.
