About Us
With 25 years recruitment experience in Australia and overseas, Julie Parsons established Premium Consulting a privately owned Brisbane based boutique agency in 2002.
With many years in the professional recruitment industry, we provide recruitment solutions across industries such as Transport, Distribution, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Food industry and Operations/Technical roles.
Although Brisbane based, much of our recruitment involves regional and national roles, with some international recruitment work completed in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. Our team will help and are skilled in Local and International Search Methods.
Owner operated we are flexible with client needs and we work exclusive full assignments or offer flexible part services to compliment our clients recruitment functions.

Our membership of NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network, allows us to recruit positions and candidates from all over the world, with 500 recruitment firms in our network and over 100 in Australia/NZ. We have been successful and completed many split recruitment jobs during our years in NPA, this means more skilled effort for your talent search.

Premium Consulting has enjoyed a very busy year with recruitment assignments all over Australia.
We are very lucky to work with long term clients and feel valued for our skills and contribution which help secure the very best talent for them.
Having been in business over 25 years, we continue to place as much emphasis on the positive candidate experience as we do servicing our clients, with a prompt and honest recruitment service.
Our 15 year membership in NPA, The Worldwide Recruitment Network, is very valued and enables us to fill positions within Australia and globally, by working with our trusted and experienced NPA partner firms. Training and networking with NPA ensure we deliver the best service for our clients, and we attend meetings and training in Australia and globally to keep up to date with skills and trends.
Our team continue to be engaged with volunteer work which we believe is an essential part of healthy staff and business.
Julie, is a Board Director at a local Citizens and RSL Leagues Club, with a membership in excess of 20,000. Julie also started and manages a local social group, with over 2,000 members.
Additionally, Julie is engaged in support work for a local charity which assist the disadvantaged.
This year we will upskill our team and expand our regional and international recruitment networks, with a focus on quality recruitment assignments, candidate sourcing, management and care.
